Toilet paper and soap in the WC's are for us self-evident. For the interior furnishing suitable hand and shower towels, bath rugs as well as kitchen towels can be found in your apartment, as well as a freshly made bed.
The stylish holiday home can accommodate 4 + 2 persons on approximately 80 square meters and has two bedrooms, a fully equipped full bath with whirlpool tub for 2 persons and a storage room and extends over two levels.
The entire living area is high quality, furnished with attention to detail, which creates a luxurious, yet homely holiday atmosphere that leaves nothing to be desired. Solid wood, bright linen fabrics and exquisite natural materials are connected to the special nature of Usedom. Well-placed details and accessories create a feel-good atmosphere that invites you to relax and recharge your batteries.
An open kitchen with a bar will make your cooking together an experience. Equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, a Nespresso capsule machine, water cooker, toaster and mixing combinator, everything is available to prepare delicious dishes.
An exciting and relaxing day with a glass of wine or tea by the fireplace. The gas fireplace is easy to use. The apartment is also equipped with a playstation for the children including games, a Bluetooth sound system that plays music via mobile phone and USB memory, TV with DVD recorder and free WLAN. There are also books for adults and children as well as social games.
Two corner terraces are equipped with a lounge set and a dining area as well as a large sun screen. There is also a parking space for your car and an outside storage for bicycles.

The idyllic fishing village of Loddin is located in the heart of the island of Usedom.
The seaside resort Loddin promises not only for its proximity to the water pure relaxation and tranquility. Slightly removed from the bustle of the imperial baths you can here relax unwind. Near to the apartment complex there are traditional fish restaurants that invite fresh fish. In 7 minutes walk away "Water View" regional specialties are offered. The "Bricklebrit" restaurant, which boasts a fantastic view of the backwater, offers excellent cuisine in a cordial atmosphere. Moreover, relaxing boat trips can be booked at the nearby "Kiki's Boat Rental". In addition to good Hausmannskost, Livemusik is offered every Thursday evening with dancing in a romantic environment.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt in unserem Aufenthalt. Küche und Haus sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleiner umzäumter Garten, sehr gut, wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist . Kleiner Tipp:kaffeemaschine mit kleinen Kapseln ( bei Netto oder Aldi erhältlich- wir hatten 3 Fehlversuche ) .

In Anbedracht,dass der Mietpreis für dieses Objekt im nächsten Jahr( Juli2021)sich erhöht,hier meinen lieb gemeinten Ratschlag.
Die Daunenbetten müssten ausgetauscht werden.(leichte Steppdecken und Kissen-auch besser zum reinigen)Unhemlich warm im Obergeschoss.Der Bettgiebel im Masterschlafzimmer benötigt eine Reinigung.
Für Hundebesitzer(größe Hunde)könnten die Teppiche entfernt werden.So hätte das Reinigungspersonal weniger Aufwand.
Ein Wischeimer in der Waschmaschienenkammer wäre daher auch ratsam.(Ein Hund am Strand macht Dreck)Da reicht der Besen leider nicht aus.
DesWeiteren muss die angrenzende Hauptstrasse mit erwähnt werden.
Nach 1Woche Aufenthalt sollte eine Objektleiterin Freitag's 14.30Uhr nicht klingeln,um nach 2 Kinderbücher vom Vorgänger im EG zu suchen.Wir hatten Urlaub!!(Da kann ein Mittagsschläfchen mgl.sein)Man sollte es respektieren und nach Fundsachen am Abreisetag suchen.Wir hatten das Haus für 2 Wo gemietet!
Wir hatten Loddin nicht bereut und die Haushälfte gut ausgewählt.

Das Haus mit der Nr.9 ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Wir waren etwas überrascht als wir überall im Haus Staub und Wollmäuse vorfanden obwohl der Reinigungsservice laut Inserat jeden Tag kommen soll. Ebenso war der Kleiderschrank im unseren Schlafzimmer defekt, so das wir nur eine Tür öffnen konnten, nach einem Anruf von meiner Frau an die Objektbetreuerin wurde das zur Kenntnis genommen aber es wurde nichts unternommen um den Schrank zu reparieren.
Die Kritik ist ein Hinweis an den Eigentümer, und für die Preisklasse des Objektes auch absolut berechtigt.

Leider täuschen Beschreibung und Bilder des Objektes eine etwas andere Realiät vor. Gemäß ausgewählter Filter in der FEWO Webseite soll das Objekt über zwei Badezimmer verfügen. Tatsächlich gibt es aber nur ein Bad und zusätzliches ein sehr enges GWC. Der von uns ausgewählte Whirlpool entpuppte sich lediglich als Whirl-Badewanne. Allgemein zeigen die Bilder in der FEWO Webseite eine Geräumigkeit die vor Ort nicht gegeben ist. Küche und Essbereich sind sehr eng, speziell im kleineren zweiten Schlafzimmer sind Kleidung und Gepäckstücke nicht unterzubringen.
