Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi, fitness Center, business center, indoor pool, tennis, sports courts and boarding pass printing.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: A $200 credit card authorization is due at check in. If you do not charge anything to your room, the deposit is released at check out and takes a few days to appear on your credit card.
CHECK IN: 4 PM (sometimes sooner, check with resort)
CHECK OUT: 10 AM
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly, after you book your room.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- No pets allowed, Registered Service Animals Only
- No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine
The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter with check in instructions and late arrival info once your reservation is paid in full. If you have late arrival, you must contact the resort directly.
Rooms are only booked in the name we receive from VRBO. We cannot add a name while you're en-route to the resort. Any additional name needed for check in, please add right away.

We booked this resort 2 weeks prior, after our original reservation at a different Williamsburg resort cancelled us. The check in process was easy, but it was very loud in the registration room & with the plastic divider & the person helping me wearing a mask, which combined to make it very difficult to hear & understand what she was telling me. However, our condo unit was very clean & guest services was very nice and prompt. The resort was located close to all of the attractions we wanted to do & close to good restaurants. The resort did not provide any in room info on resort activities, but we learned most things closed at 5pm. The pool was crowded all week due to extreme heat. Therefore we never got to really enjoy the resort amenities. Overall, the resort was very clean & as expected.

Accommodations were amazing. Very clean, however there was a slight delaying odor in the vestibule area. Parking was convenient. Items were readily presented upon request. Resort was quiet and peaceful even with a hotel full of people present.
