You can take a swim in either the indoor or the outdoor swimming pools, or enjoy a game of tennis, even at night, on the floodlit tennis courts. Of course, there is also plenty of great golfing at the resort-adjacent Nicklaus-designed golf course.

Resort Fee: $20 per day (not per person, per day)
Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi, fitness Center, business center, indoor pool, tennis, sports courts and boarding pass printing.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: A $200 credit card authorization is due at check in. If you do not charge anything to your room, the deposit is released at check out and takes a few days to appear on your credit card.
CHECK IN: 4 PM (sometimes sooner, check with resort)
CHECK OUT: 10 AM
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly, after you book your room.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- No pets allowed, Registered Service Animals Only
- No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine
The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter with check in instructions and late arrival info once your reservation is paid in full. If you have late arrival, you must contact the resort directly.
Rooms are only booked in the name we receive from VRBO. We cannot add a name while you're en-route to the resort. Any additional name needed for check in, please add right away.

The condos were clean. They needed more kitchen bowls and pans. Plenty of clean towels. We had an unfortunate incident where a maintenance/ security man came and entered our condo at 1130 pm “ to rekey the locks”. They did not call first and Iwe felt like it compromised our safety. My daughters were scared and they both had young children asleep. It was very unsettling.

Condos allowed each golfer in our group of 12 to have their own bedroom & bath. Worked out perfectly.

One of the rooms was very nice (although the bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived), but the connecting room had an overwhelming odor of curry which we could not get rid of by airing the place out. Besides that, our stay was very nice.

All of the kitchen items looked new. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The condos were very roomy and comfortable. The design is not modern or fancy. Example, they have a brown rug and the pool area was nice but crowded and signs of wear and tear. But having said that I would definitely stay there again. It was 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and amenities were all very nice.
