About this apartment rental
The Condo Association requires all tenants to:
1) Sign a Lease for not less than 120 days
2) Pass an Interview and fill an online form with the information about the persons who will stay in the condo. This process require a fee to be paid to the association by the tenant.
3) Provide a $500 refundable security deposit with the Condo Association.
Please note that Florida/County sales tax will apply for lease up to 185 days, if the lease is 186 days or more, there are no Florida/County sales Taxes...
