About this apartment rental
Updated condo in the White Mountains overlooking the first hole of The Jack Golf Course. Conveniently located just south of Loon Mountain (13 minutes) and a short drive to Cannon, Waterville & Bretton Woods. Access to snowmobile trails right next to the property. You can also relax right here at the resort with its own amenities including indoor pool and hot tub, rec-room with arcade games, pool table, air hockey, and ping pong. The newly renovated Jack Golf Course restaurant is within walking distance.
TVs located in the living room, master, guest, and upstairs bedroom, all have Roku or Fire TV capability with Spectrum cable included.
The master bedroom is gorgeous, with a newly renovated master bath with walk in shower and a deck overlooking the golf course. This room also includes a wireless charging station (phone must be QI compatible) and has Alexa capabilities. That's right, just say "Alexa, turn on the bedroom lights" and they're on. Get nice and cozy in the king-size bed and turn them off with your voice. Wake up and say "Alexa, what's the forecast today?" and get weather read to you so you know how to dress for your adventure that day.
The guest bedroom (queen bed) has been updated with new furniture, comfy bedding and has access to a full bathroom right outside the door. The upstairs bedroom is lovely with two twin size beds, and a sitting area. The loft also has a twin size sleeper sofa.
The living room is a great place to relax. Watch TV, a DVD, or get your game on (XBox 360 and some games provided). We all want to get away but sometimes we just want to feel at home at the same time. After a long day on the slopes, the snowmobile trails, hiking, or whatever other activities you choose to enjoy in the White Mountains, this is the place to do it! There is also a washer/dryer inside the condo for any laundry needs. *Please note this property has two external cameras. One on the front porch and one on the back porch off the master bedroom.*

This property impressed from start to finish. It was even better than shown online. The place was super clean and really nicely decorated. The hostess was so nice and left lots of little welcoming gifts like water, toiletries, snacks and chocolates..The towels are nice and the beds were comfortable and the location is great.Overall this is a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condominium furnishings and amenities were up to date and super comfortable. The owners were amazing and paid attention to every last detail. From the super thoughtful welcome basket to the complimentary snacks and coffee everything was awesome.

We were in town for a wedding and could not have been happier with the accommodations! The owner was incredibly helpful through out the reservation process, including our need to add an additional.night at the last minute. We were suprised and touched at the thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival, and thrilled with the quality of everything in the condo.

Wonderful location, quiet setting, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout the condo. The condo was super clean and decorated beautifully. Lots of love has gone into this home! Would be happy to come back!
