Also mere seconds to lesser-known waterfalls, hiking trails and picturesque spots on the Pemi for swimming, tubing, kayaking, sunning, etc.

Of course, reaching all 3 major ski resorts (Loon/Cannon/ Waterville) couldn't be easier as we are centrally located just off 93.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days in Oct 2024. The house is in a secluded spot with nice backyard and patio for kids to play. The rooms are big enough and comfortable for a group of 10 adults and 4-5 kids. I would definitely recommend this house.
Suggestion: Bring in your own cleaning materials like antibacterial wipes and scrubber and soap for dishes otherwise everything else is available.

Big yard for outdoor games. Home base for zip lining. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great for large groups.

The house itself is very spacious and loaded with all the essentials that we need for cooking and cleaning. However the basement is a little damp and lots of bugs on the carpet and outside on the deck. Overall I do like the house it fits my family members but if anything I rather change is the house rule of how much we have do before checking out we have to strip down all the bed sheets then bring them to the washer and cleaning out the trash n have to bring them to the dumpster up at the driveway. If this is my house I wouldn’t mind doing it however we are on vacation plus you charged us for cleaning fees if we have to already done above why we are being charged for the cleaning fees. Thanks

It's been second year in a row that my friends and i stayed at this property. Great house. Clean with lots of beds. Close too woodstock .
