The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, dinette, TV, video and DVD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 6 sqm terrace with 1 table, 4 chairs and 1 sunlounger. American kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Bad Aussee. The studio is located on an open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Die Wohnung war großartig ... wir haben nichts vermisst ... wunderschöne Umgebung ... der Urlaub war großartig ... wir besuchten 2x und wahrscheinlich nicht das letzte Mal. Wir hatten kein Problem ... Eigentlich ja ... es war kurz ... :-) :-) Wir empfehlen es wärmstens.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kommt in kurzer Zeit zu den Seen und Gipfeln in der Nähe. Schlecht war die Beschreibung in dem Mietgutschein. Tel. vom Hausmeister, der uns sagete dass er dafür gar nicht zuständig ist. Aber die freundliche Dame vom Notrufhotline hat uns versucht weiterzuhelfen. Es sollte besser beschrieben werden wo man die Wohnungsschlüssel findet, wenn man später als 18:00 anreist.
