About this house rental
Beautiful, welcoming country house 2 km from Vitorchiano. This country residence is located at the top of a small hill (330 m above sea level) in the green Tuscia Romana countryside and from the house you can enjoy a panoramic view all the way to the town of Montefiascone. The property consists of an 8000 m² fenced garden with lawn, ancient oaks and the beautiful swimming pool in a wonderful panoramic position. Within 100 m there are two other accommodations (see also IRU520). On request and to be paid on spot: 1 extra sleeping possibility and 1 baby crib. Some distances and excursion tips: Vitorchiano 2 km, Viterbo 7 km (medieval palaces, Romanesque cathedral), Tuscania 22 km, Tarquinia and Cerveteri with Etruscan finds 50 km, Lakes Vico and Bolsena 20 km. Riding stable 1 km. The location is particularly quiet and ideal for exploring both the Umbria region (Orvieto 50 km) and Lazio (Rome 70 km). Possibility of a cook for the preparation of a menu (on request and payment on site).

Il luogo è isolato e al contempo con l'auto si raggiunge velocemente supermercati e Vitorchiano city, la casa è accogliente, il giardino è curato e grande, un posto dove rilassarsi e fare gite fuori porta.
Consiglio di andare a vedere: Vitorchiano, Cascata Marmore, Lago di Vico, Civita di Bagnoreggio, Bagnaia Villa Lante, Area Archeologica di Ferento, etc.
