About this house rental
The apartments are located in a country villa surrounded by woods, rivers and natural water sources. This natural environment is also close to the sea and therefore is a perfect place for a holiday with a double context: countryside / natural landscapes + beach / sea!
In about 15 km you can reach several seaside cities such as Savona, Albisola, Varazze, Vado Ligure, and their respective beaches.
Furthermore, thanks to its strategic position, it is easy to visit important Italian cities such as Turin, Milan, Genoa and Pisa.
THE APARTMENT:
on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a king size double bedroom (bed 200x200cm) and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
Upstairs there is another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a large living area including the living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher).
In the living area there is satellite TV, a sofa in front of the characteristic fireplace and with a panoramic view of the private garden that surrounds the house.
large triple glazed windows with high energy efficiency allow you to enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of nature while ensuring excellent thermal insulation while respecting the surrounding nature from an energy point of view.
The sunny garden, facing south and completely fenced, is the perfect place for aperitifs in the open air and sunbathing. You will also fall in love with the outdoor area with barbecue and pizza oven typical of wood for the exclusive use of your apartment. (each apartment has its own private outdoor area)
The hammock in the garden is ideal for moments of relaxation and for the health and harmony of your mind.
The garden is totally safe, also ideal for children.
From the property it is possible to reach a small natural beach on the river side, near the house.
