The Space:
Calling all traveling medical professionals: 2BR apt centrally located near four large hospitals including St. Mary’s Medical Center, CPMC Campus, UCSF Medical Center & Kaiser Permanente - very convenient for travelling nurses. Corporate travelers, need a location for an extended business stay? Access the dedicated high-speed internet when burning the midnight oil for that big project. Safety-minded? We have a gated entry with two exterior Ring cameras (door & driveway).
Rent this delightful charmer located in a prime area. This 2BR flat has an elegant look combined with classy San Francisco Style! Well-situated in the Inner Richmond (between Laurel Heights and Haight-Ashbury) - the area is residential but lively, with tons of restaurants featuring cuisines from around the world, wine bars, comfortable neighborhood bars, yoga studios, parks - all just around the block; everything you might possibly need for a perfect San Francisco stay!
Bright and cozy with classic accents and decor - this 2-bedroom home sleeps four and is in one of the best locations with a “Walkable Score” of 90, and a Transit Score of 79 – meaning it is easy to get around town. Of course, you’re also just a short Lyft/Uber ride to many of SF's attractions! You’ll find plenty to do in the nearby Golden Gate Park.
The living room area is bright with large windows and a roomy sofa so you can binge-watch your favorite shows on Apple TV & enjoy a night in! Perhaps you’d prefer to enjoy a refreshing libation on the front balcony off the formal dining room or stargazing from the enclosed rear alcove.
The updated kitchen is large and spacious with modern accents and new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a five-burner gourmet gas stove.
The first bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king size bed with cozy linens, with an en suite bathroom where you can unwind in steamy relaxation in the spacious shower. The second bedroom has a comfy full-size bed. Both bedrooms have amazing views of the City! The second bathroom has both a tub and shower. The home has heat for the colder days & has been updated with double-paned windows to reduce street noise and improve energy efficiency. The flat also has an in-unit washer and dryer for your use. Parking permitted in driveway (no access to garage).

The Neighborhood:
Prime location in Inner Richmond SF!
Any day of the week, the Haight Ashbury area is filled with locals and tourists. Many shops are geared towards luring visitors with some kind of reflection of the neighborhood's storied past. The exciting energy and strong vintage atmosphere comes through everywhere, from the clothing shops to the ornate Victorian architecture. More low-key, is an eclectic alternative to the Mission, very similar in style. The diverse restaurants, shops and salons cater to residents more than visitors. Walking distance to tennis courts located in a beautiful park. The park is also great for jogging and evening walks. Yoga and massage studios are nearby. Moreover, walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants in the lively Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, Panhandle, Golden Gate Park, etc.
ATTRACTIONS
The house is greatly situated in a very central location. Staying in this neighborhood gives visitors a unique feel of the best of in San Francisco. A short Uber/Lyft or decent walk is Haight Street which was the epicenter of the hippie culture and retains this certain charisma to this day. There are many great coffee shops, cafe’s, restaurants, nightlife and endless blocks of stores and boutiques.
Within strolling distance is the Buena Vista park, amazing Golden Gate Park with famous museums like The De Young, Academy of Science, there is Stow Lake where you can rent paddle boats, canoes, bikes, skates and enjoy an amazing waterfall. Also enjoy the beautiful Japanese Tea Garden. Every other attraction in San Francisco is a short cab or bus ride away.
Getting Around:
Many public transport lines within one or two blocks that will take you to anywhere in the city. Nearby lines include: 38-Geary, 31-Balboa, 33-Ashbury/18th, 5-Fulton, and 21-Hayes.
Nearby Muni lines also connect to BART in case you're going to East or South Bay.
Uber and Lyft are also great inexpensive options for getting around town quickly to maximize your time in SF.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment, the place is clean and tidy and spacious. The apartment also has two full bathrooms which was great because we don't need to wait or fight for bathroom haha! Jonathan was a great host, he responded quickly and always making sure that we are okay. The location was very convenient too, just a couple blocks from USF which was great because we were here to visit our sister that goes to school there. It was only a short walk to groceries, golden gate park, and there's muni a block away. There are also restaurants and cafes just few minutes walk away. There was also washer and dryer inside the apartment, which was great because we were there for two weeks. I would definitely recommend this place and would book it again if I visit SF again!

Positives: The rental is clean and spacious and the kitchen is adequate for basic needs. The bathrooms were spotless and spacious, and they had been remodeled. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives: No place to sit. The sofa and loveseat shown are a mess, having been shored up with egg-carton foam rubber that sticks out all over. You sit, you slide off. TV is Apple, which means no local broadcasts, only pay-per-view. Local TV is part of the stay, and is often helpful. If you want to pay a buck to watch a re-run of Ellen, OK, I guess. I called the help-line twice, but no one knew what I was talking about. Awkward stay, as a result. Thousands of dollars in Persian rugs over wall-to-wall needs that needs some attention. A kind of contradictory stay. Would recommend with these warnings.
