FURNISHED Pearl District Waterfront Condo with Panoramic Views, huge upper deck, and additional lower deck both overlook Willamette River. Condo has 2 bedroom, 2 baths, 1 sofa bed. Washer Dryer in unit. WiFi smart tv.Community pool, jacuzzi, community BBQ area.
Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on the deck as you watch the boats float by, the trains pass, the grain barges load and unload, the bridge activity, and the ducks on the Marina. Additionally you will be energized by watching and/or joining the walkers, runners, and bikes pedal by as they enjoy the Willamette Greenway path down below.
Master bedroom is loft style with a queen size bed and bathroom attached -- and large private deck with expansive view of the river and 2 bridges. Granite and stainless steel appliances. All kitchen supplies and linens included and has a Washer/Dryer in unit. Some basic condiments. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with detached bathroom and a Spectacular river/bridge view. Sleeps 5. Minimum 1 month guest stay, Background Screening fee returned when approved. We are located in the highly sought after Waterfront District.

This is a beautiful 2 BR/2BA condo with wonderful views of the Willamette River. The deck offers lovely outdoor seating with a good amount of privacy. The place is well-furnished including washer/dryer. There is an assigned parking spot which just fit a Rav-4. We were only able to find guest parking on the streets. Security is good which is very appreciated. This is downtown Portland with some drug use visible, but that is changing with recent law revision. The trains are loud for those not used to them. The Greenway walking/bike path for daytime use is a wonderful perk. We really appreciated allowing pets. This rental made a move to Portland much easier. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub amenities were never accessible because the code was not up to date and the new code was never provided.

It’s no secret the City of Portland has a problem with open drug use and homelessness.
However, The condo complex feels mostly like a respite from all that. Feels like a park and the river is great fun to watch! There’s always action, yet it feels very relaxing there. The unlimited walking and biking from the condo complex is heaven.
Sat Market, the Pearl with all its charm and restaurants, the downtown waterfront, walk to Moda Center, bike the downtown corridor, etc etc. it’s great!

I loved the view from the balconies. Everything was great except for the trains that come through, they blow there horns long and loud, so it interrupted my sleep. It was a great place to stay. You must stream your tv watching, which was fine with me. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well.

The condo was located with a beautiful view of the river and steel bridge from every room! The is a great walking path along the river a few steps from the condo. Conveniently located 1/2 block to a liquor store. Parking spot was easy and close to the condo.
Note: The condo is located next to the train track and this is loud and startling without knowing at night at first but we adjusted.
