About this house rental

Summer rental available Jun 3 - August 12th only. Three story 5 bd/2.5ba home (3700sf) with 4 twin beds and 1 full bed. Formal entry and living room. Formal dining room with adjacent piano nook. Updated kitchen with electric range and dishwasher. Recreation room in finished basement with foosball and laundry room with washer/dryer. Four bdrms and full bath on 2nd floor, one bdrm on 3rd floor.

This residence houses teenage interns for 9 months out of the year. It is not a luxury accommodation but rather a functional living space in a very good neighborhood in NE Portland. As such, it is priced accordingly and rented as is. It is professionally cleaned for summer guests.
