Villa Vista Pacifica @ Los Almendros has one of the best pools in Sayulita. Excellent Location, Blissful Pool, Daily Maid Service, On-Site Staff (property manager, receptionist, security guard, and groundskeeper), Fully Equipped, Elevator
Villa Pacifica is located on the first floor of the Palmera Building 4. Right next to Villa Sueno del Mar (a mirror image) Recently upgraded, perfect execution. This unit offers brand new furnishings and Mexican touches, exquisitely finished with beautiful taste. The spacious master bedroom has a private, relaxing palapa cover patio with an outdoor sitting area and the secondary bedroom has two twins that can be placed together and form a king. The master has an extra built-in twin bed for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops. ALL rooms including the living room have A/C.

This is not something a lot of condominiums offer but we specialize in this. Its a family run business for over 15 years.
FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENTS in MINT CONDITION All our villas are FULLY furnished and colorfully decorated with A/C and individual washer/dryers in each unit as well as WiFi. Its essentially like having your own apartment but with a lot of the services a hotel offers.
ELEVATORS Each three-story building has its own elevator for easy access to all floors.
AMAZING POOL One of Sayulita’s largest and most blissful pools, which can be heated or cooled depending on the season. We have a kids pool, a circular jetted sitting area and a long Wet Bed area.
EXPANSIVE COMMON AREA This area is truly large, plenty of space for all our guests to sit and enjoy the pool and the sun. A large palapa covered space with beautiful Mexican furniture to lounge. As well as a BBQ/Eating area.

My wife and kids really enjoyed this property. The proximity to town and beach is perfect. We were just far enough from town that it provide for a nice relaxing and quiet location. The pool was great . Property management as well as security guard are very helpful. We will be back. Pizza shop down the street is great and be sure to rent a golf car.
