This rental is on the 6th floor of this ten-story condo giving you spectacular views of our most envied sunsets. Every unit offers a view of the beach from the private balcony which is accessible from the living room and master bedroom.
This spacious condo accommodates up to five people. It is furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen and one twin bed in the guest bedroom. Tile throughout.
Don't forget about all the amenities of the Somerset Condominium building - similar to those of a luxury resort. This luxurious beachfront condominium features two private heated pools, two private tennis courts, beach access, and barbecue grills all within seconds of this condo unit's front door. The building sits directly on Marco's pristine white sandy beach where you can collect shells while leisurely walking along or just sit and watch the tide come and go. The Somerset has a gated street entry and a gated beach entry.
The Somerset building is easy to get around in because it features both elevators and stairways and the grounds have lighted pathways throughout tropical, landscaped gardens. The Somerset is also located within walking distance to some of Marco's best restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

Wonderful stay at a great location. Beautiful gulf views, beach access, great pool. Unit could use a little more overhead lighting and a washing machine upgrade, otherwise perfect.

The condo is in a great locations with beautiful views of the Gulf off the balcony. Everything was well stocked with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. We were very comfortable staying here and plenty of room for 5 people. The condo advertised a pull out couch, which was not correct. There was a queen air mattress though with bedding available, just not what we were expecting. We did have an issue with the bathroom sink the first night, the host responded immediately, and it was resolved within a couple of hours and never had another issue the rest of the time we were there. I would definitely stay at this property again!

The property is perfectly located and spacious. The unit itself needs updated for the price! One other complaint is the security gates at Somerset are a bit much. You have to unlock yourself out of complex with an old school key. Extremely inconvenient!!
