Ground floor: Living room 26 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Living room as intersecting room, 22 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 6 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Bedroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Top floor: Bedroom 9 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 2 single beds. Hall with with balcony.

Hluboká nad Vltavou, 320 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot and waterside plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (unpaved, length 1000 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
