The location is fabulous, the facilities are comfortable. Easy to walk around the town. Our bed was in a corner, and was comfortable. We had a rental vehicle and parking at P1 was inexpensive and easy to navigate to our location. Can't say enough about the location. There is no AC but a fan is available and windows are plenty. The room is large and accessible by a flight of stairs. Old historic building, close to exploring Cesky Krumlov.

The front door is sticky. It takes a patience to open the door. Ask how the fridge works. There is a technique.

Location was perfect
Sheets were rough & very thin. Pillows need to be replaced. Extremely flat. No communication as to where to leave keys upon our early morning checkout. Coffee shop below where we picked up keys was closed the next 2 days we were there.
