About this house rental
For rent, 15 km from Nantes, 30 km from the sea and 1 km from the Loire, beautiful modern house for 6/8 people, located in the village but without vis-à-vis.
The house has a surface of about 140m² comprising:
On the ground floor :
- a suite 18m² plus bathroom / WC 7m²,
- a small blind office with a sofa bed (160)
- a 70 m² dining room
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.
Upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 80 convertible in 160 as needed
- 1 bedroom with a bed of 140 + possibility to add 1 additional bed of 80
- a large bathroom
Exterior:
Pleasant enclosed garden (safe for children) of 500 m² with view facing south.
- A 40 sqm terrace with loungers and parasol,
- An above ground pool (diameter 3. 60m, 90cm deep), retractable staircase to secure access.
- Swing, house for children
- BBQ
Equipment:
-TV, Wi-Fi
-dishwasher
-Washing Machine, Dryer
-Oven, Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster
-A Cot is available if needed with his foam mattress and a high chair.
- Corporate Games, Library
Included in the rental:
- Cleaning products, sponges tea towels
Optional :
- Sheets optional for 15 € / beds
- Towels optional for 5 € / pers
- Cleaning is normally provided by the tenant but can be provided on request by a cleaning service for 80 €.
Our house is ideal for making the following visits:

+ The lake of Roche Ballue 2 kms
+ the city of Nantes, Golf and swimming pool, tree climbing, skate park, bike rides along the Loire and Forest, sports complex.
- The beaches, Pornic, St Brevin the pines: 30mn
- The wine route of Nantes vineyard (St-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu, Vertou, Clisson): 30 min
- La Baule, Pornichet (coasts, beaches): 1h00
- Noirmoutier, the Gulf of Morbihan: 1h15
- The Layon vineyard (Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay): 1h20
- The Puy du Fou, Mont Saint Michel: 1h30
- The Futuroscope: 2h
- The Castles of the Loire: 1h45
- Paris is 2 hours by TGV.

We had a very nice stay in this extremely nice house in La Montagne with our two kids (3&5 years).
We stayed for two weeks and especially enjoyed the garden and the pool and the markets in the area which offer fresh food. The surrounding area has much to offer even for kids. The Graff family was very nice and helpful at the check in. They even gave us more toys for our kids to play with. We felt absolutely welcome. My husband and I can only recommend this lovely place. Only the most lovely beaches are about 40 minutes ride.
