About this house rental
A dream vacation right on the beach, just a few steps back from the sand dunes, yet only a few minutes’ drive from the charming city of Lübeck (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Our home on the Priwall peninsula offers luxury and comfort for 4 people (a detached house with central heating).
Very attractive and modernly equipped, the living room features satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, radio/CD player, and a small view of the sea. Enjoy the view of the sea from the armchair.
The built-in kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer.
Two bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed, 1 with a double bed) offer families a good night’s rest. There is a sauna in the house. The modern bathroom features a small whirlpool tub and an additional shower.
A washer and dryer are also at your disposal.
An open terrace with a view of the sea, a south-facing terrace with patio furniture, and a small garden await you.
You can reach the center of Travemünde by ferry (all day), on foot, by bike, or by car in just a few minutes (1.5 km).
Additional costs apply on site:
- Tourist tax www.ostseecard.de (winter: 1.40, summer: 2.80 per adult)
- Electricity consumption: 29C / kWh (for lighting, cooking, sauna, hot water) approx. 20–30 € / week
- On-site deposit (150, - in cash)
Heating, TV, Parking Water, sewage Waste disposal included.
Optional only:
- Complete bedding sets for up to 4 beds, plus up to 8 towels and 4 bath towels, and always two dish towels, can be provided for a small fee.

Wir hatten mit 3 Erwachsenen vom 11.-18.6.2022 eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem Domizil. Nix für Leute, die mit Treppen echte Probleme haben. Aber das Haus ist genial aufgeteilt und perfekt ausgestattet, bis hin zur Bücher- und Spielebibliothek. 2 Terrassen für morgens und abends, sauber, sehr gepflegt. Vom 1. Tag an ein Zuhause - vielen Dank

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub an der Ostsee. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Aufgrund des Wetters haben wir die Sauna sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich.

Wir wollen nicht unbedingt meckern, aber das Haus ist für uns u geschickt gewesen. Wir sind öfter in Ferienhäusern. Die Lage zum Strand war perfekt. Auch sonst alles ok.
