About this house rental
Deluxe master suite with queen size bed, 42" T.V. and en suite bathroom occupy the entire lower level of the home, which is shared with the owner who lives upstairs. The suite has a separate front entry door and is separated from the upstairs by a stairway to a locked door. There is a large custom closet with a mini kitchen in it containing a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, electric kettle, and a blender. Master bathroom features a large jetted tub with a spacious, separate shower and built-in hair dryer. There are robes, slippers, and beach towels for your use in the closet and drawers of the bathroom. Additionally, the shared outdoor patio area includes laundry facilities, an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, and dining table overlooking the pool. Please note parking is street parking on one side of the street.

This is the perfect B&B accommodation for a single or couple visiting LA for a wedding, reunion, graduation or, in my case, a play-opening in Hollywood. Fly into Burbank, get an Uber and you're there in no time. The room--really, almost a suite--is bigger than a nicely appointed, queen-sized room in a hotel. Queen bed, generous closet space, hidden microwave-coffee maker-refrigerator, cute snacks, jacuzzi and plenty of soaps, lotions and shampoos. The price was modest, booking was easy and the hosts were pleasant and welcoming.

It was cozy! Judy, our host, was wonderful! She tried to think of everything we might need in a small place. The outside area is very relaxing! The pool area was beautiful! We wish it had been warmer out to use the pool! People should know there is a lot of stairs if navigating them might be a concern. We would definitely stay there again!
