It is housed in a 19th-century English-style building.
The object itself is several hundred years old. It was saved in the last years before the decay and elaborately renovated.
The property has a beautiful garden that you can use. Garden furniture and barbecue are available. The property borders the Wasserschloss Döbschütz, parts of this castle date back to the 12th century.
Directly on the site is the "Mühlgraben" a sidearm of "Schwarze Schöps"
The car park is at the house. The apartment is 55 sqm and is located on the first floor.
The bedroom has a double bed which is 180cm wide. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
In the kitchen is a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, E, -Herd div. Cabinets and accessories.
In the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, secretary, TV.
The object is about 2km from the A4 motorway, Dresden - Görlitz, exit Niederseifersdorf.
The cities of Görlitz, Bautzen can be reached via the motorway within 20 minutes. Nearby there is a very nice outdoor pool (Reichenbach), the Bärwalder lake and the Bertzdorfer lake.
Another holiday destination is the Muskauerpark (Welterbe) - a castle with a museum and a very beautiful landscape park created by the famous Prince Pückler.

located in peaceful rural setting, this restored antique building has every modern high quality convenience and still the aura of the beauty of ages past; gorgeous windows, incredible views, perfectly cozy bedding, convenient parking and only 15 minutes drive Goerlitz, crazy wonderful city on Poland's border. field of goats nearby and castle in backyard. what else could you want?
