Romantic and bright apartment, located in a small paradise on Lake Garda

We booked the apartment which was very nice and clean. Everything is new. Two air condition units to ensure you have a nice temperature. Two balcony's as well to enjoy sitting outside. Your car can be parked in the underground parking lot, so it wont be hot when you need it. Dont be afraid if the street next to the estate seems loud. It is always quiet inside. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, but also loads of nearby restaurants. I really recommend spending at least a couple of mornings at the main street drinking your cappuccino and getting something from the local bakery. Italy as i like it. A walk to the beach (spaggia gardiola) takes about 7-10 minutes. In case you rather want to relax, you have a huge terrace outside with an outdoor kitchen and lounge furniture. Also a pool is there to find refreshment. Busstop is just on the corner. You even have an elevator in case you need. For dog-owners as well it is a good place to stay. Main portion of the estate is fenced and dogparks are nearby. Good host you recognize when things go wrong. And Patrizia and her husband really have been there. They picked my family up from the autostrada when my car broke down. Took care for finding a garage to fix it. Translated and did everything else from A to Z. Without them the situation would surely have been worse. So if you want to enjoy a quiet (even in main season rather quiet), relaxing holiday and like to stay away from the crowd, i really, really recommend staying here. We were two couples in our 60’s travelling from Ontario in mid May 2018. Patrizia’s apartment was very clean, quiet, spacious, and well equipped. The pictures and description well represent the property. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view over the olive groves to the church in Manerba. It is well located with short drives to various spots on the lake, restaurants, and shopping. It was also possible to walk to nearby restaurants etc. about 1 km or less. Lots of local information is available in the apartment and Patrizia was very responsive to assisting our plans and our questions. There is a key operated driveway and walkway entrance for security.
