The fully equipped holiday home Lote 25, accommodating 4 people, is located above the charming village square in the heart of Ferragudo's old village center. Ferragudo beach is just 700 meters away.
The roof terrace enjoys sunshine all day long, even in winter. Public parking is available.

Air conditioning is available as an optional extra for €5 per day.
A tourist tax is levied in the Algarve. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid to the property manager on site. The maximum tax is €2 per person per day. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt.
For registration, the passport number, name, address, country, and date of birth of all guests must be provided.
From November to March, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately. (Currently €0.30/kWh)
We provide free Wi-Fi. Availability and speed cannot be guaranteed due to data volume, location, and network load.
The house is geared towards German-speaking guests. Therefore, the television programming is primarily in German.

ideal place for two people, located on the top of the village, 10 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the village square,had a great sun roof where you can relax in the sun if you need to get away from the busy beach,

We really enjoyed our stay at Ferragudo. The property, in a quiet, quaint neighbourhood, was just what we were looking for and within 5 minutes' walk of the centre of Ferragudo via narrow, cobbled ruas , most barely a cars-width wide, and steep flights of steps. There there is a pocket-sized "supermarket" with all essential supplies, including fresh meat and vegetables and some superb wines. A city-sized supermarket is 30 minutes' away.
The house was well equipped, everything about it comfortable including the bed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden war man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und auch bestens betreut von Herrn Franke. Gerne wieder.
