About this house rental

Tastefully restored former farmhouse with 180 m2 of loft-like living space. 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds each. High-quality equipped large open kitchen, 3 shower rooms with toilet and 1 guest toilet. The living room with 180 m2 offers plenty of space even if the weather does not invite you to go to the beach. The stove and a piano also invite you to relax.
Large outdoor terrace with seating in summer and a 10 ft tournament pool table inside. The former farmhouse stands on an ingrown plot.

Please understand for the following information:
The house has been extensively renovated and furnished with quality. It is therefore not suitable for groups who want to 'party off' (from 10 p.m. please keep absolute quiet outside, please note the room volume inside). The installation of a tap is not permitted. The pool table is only suitable for adults! )

Additional costs (water and electricity): 3 euros / person / night, children up to 3 years free of charge
Heating according to consumption (in summer it can be switched on as desired)

Cleaning fee: 200 euros (please sweep the house clean, kitchen shelves wiped, leave oven and dishwasher clean)

It's a wonderful house at a superb location, half an hour from the beach, 1 hour from Hamburg, 20 minutes from Lubeck. It is very well equipped, and has a lot of space so everyone (we were a group of 10 women) could do as they liked. Beautiful garden also! The beds were good. So far only positives. But...the fact that we had to bring our own towels and bedlinens is VERY inconvenient, and we don't understand why the owner does not give the option of providing it, maybe at some extra cost. Also we found it really strange that the extractor hood did not work, because it simply was not connected! So when you went upstairs to bed at the end of the evening, the whole upstairs smelled of food. This fact was not communicated by the owner, we only found out after a couple of days when we asked her how it worked. After checking out, we had a few unpleasant communications from the owner, but we won't go into detail. All in all, despite it being such a wonderful house, we would not go back there. We spent 3 days with colleagues in the beautiful house for meetings. Great location, as well to work from as to have social activities. No internet, what was unfortunate in the beginning but after all it was quite good as we could really focus on the days away.
