About this house rental

In the center of Fécamp, in the heart of its historic district, and close to tourist sites such as Etretat, Yport, Le Havre, Honfleur, Veules les Roses, Rouen, stay in our newly created cottage. In a workshop spirit away from the eyes, close to shops and a few minutes walk from the seaside, this detached cottage and completely renovated, an area of 60 m² is composed on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen fully equipped, living room, bathroom with bath, separate toilet and upstairs: landing and 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160X200 / 2 beds 80X200). There is also a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In addition and to pay on arrival, possibility of availability of bed linen (with or without bed made on arrival), towels, end of stay cleaning fee and bicycles. Baby equipment can be made available for free on request.
Weekly rates shown are based on 2 people. Weekly rental, midweek or weekend (Open all year).

Beautiful property

Beautiful property

The property is clean and functional with everything needed for an extended stay. Plus it is extremely private with an exterior wall that has a locking door which gives added security. We ate outside each chance the weather cooperated. The garden and patio are well kept and charming. The location is superb; just steps from the the ruins, close to the pedestrian walkway with loads of shops and the Saturday Farmer’s Market, about a 15 minute walk to the port (25 to the beach), and roughly 15 minutes walk to the Benedictine. We have stayed at many homes in Fecamp because we return annually to visit family. I rate this as the best in updating and cleanliness. It really is better than all the rest we have stayed in (6 different rentals). The only problem we encountered is the spotty WiFi. It was inconsistent almost every day of our stay. The reason I only rated communication as a 4 is due to the WiFi. The owner didn’t want to incur additional fees by communicating with us via text because we are from the USA, which I understand, preferring email instead. The problem is that most of our communication was due to WiFi issues, so it made contacting the owner difficult. The owner is friendly and attentive to needs once we were able to get ahold of him. I would definitely recommend this property.

Niché au coeur du vieux Fécamp, cet atelier est un vrai Havre de paix. Confortable, bien aménagé, à la décoration soignée, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié la ville de Fecamp, balades, falaises majestueuses et les alentours dont Etretat ! Le gîte est juste top! Propreté , moderne , on s’y sent comme chez soi rien ne manque! Je recommande vivement !

Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Objekt war im super Zustand. Parkmöglichkeiten wurden immer gefunden, auch wenn die Straßen sehr eng sind. Weg zum Strand ca 30 Min. Wunderschöne Gegend. Das Meer war sehr klar.

Très bon accueil de M.SIMON. Conciliant au niveau des horaires d'arrivée et de départ, nous l'en remercions. Location très propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, conforme à la description, décorée avec soin. Literie confortable et de qualité. Agréable terrasse bien aménagée. Environnement calme mais proche de tout. Pas besoin de voiture, tout peut se faire à pied, centre ville à 5 minutes, bord de mer à 15 minutes, boulangerie à 3 minutes. A recommander.

Wir haben 12 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht .Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine Sehr gute Lage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. C est avec un réél plaisir que nous avons passé 4 jours à "l'Atelier". Le propriétaire nous as donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour s y rendre, nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement. Locaton arrangée et décorée avec beaucoup de goùt. Fonctionnelle, pratique. Cuisine très bien équipée. Terrasse protégée, chaises longues, tables, chaises, parasol, barbecue : tout y était pour passer d'agréables instants. Les chambres sont confortables, bonne literie. Des rangements en conséquence.Très propre. A 10 mn à pied du centre ville. Des petits restos sympas avec des tarifs abordables. Un paysage magnifique avec une promenade facilité le long de la côte avec ses petites cabanes en bois peint. J'ai déjà recommandé cette location à des amis et espère pouvoir y revenir moi-même très prochainement. A ne pas rater
