About this house rental
Our house is located on the island of Zakynthos between Mikro Nisi and Ano Volimes 230 m above sea level. The house has more than 100 square meters of living space, two bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom, a large living room and a large kitchen. An additional toilet is located in the workshop. The house is tiled and simple, but very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge with freezer and numerous kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there is a washing machine that can be used. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and music system. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Our country house is located on a 2000 sqm plot with olive and almond trees, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, and enjoy absolute peace and nature.
Zakynthos is considered a green pearl with impressive vegetation, the famous shipwreck beach and the breeding grounds of the Caretta sea turtle
The country house is located in the north of the island, far from mass tourism in the Mikro Nisi area. The nearest beach is 7 minutes away by car. Also nearby are the traditional handicraft village of Ano Volimes, the port village of Agios Nikolaos and the Makris Giaolos beach. The long beach in Alykes (20 minutes by car) is ideal for children and offers a variety of water sports. Horse riding is available in Alykanas (20 minutes by car). The animal park in Askos (10 minutes by car) is home to many animals.
In the south of the island are the breeding grounds of the Caretta sea turtles.
Basic groceries can be bought from the neighbors, good taverns and small supermarkets are in the neighboring villages.

Clearly a family home but do inviting. Yvonne is a lovely host. Very secluded (if you like an even tan!). Only 50 mins walk down tracks from a lovely (pebbled) beach. Sunrise and sunset only mean travelling a few miles in a aday.

We had a wonderfull time in this beautifull house out of a fairytale 😊.
The host in the shop nearby is a very nice person, the view is magnificent wecwill come back.

In diesem wunderschönen Haus wären wir gerne auch noch länger geblieben. Es hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, absolute Ruhe, eine einfache aber sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Nähe zum Meer und vor allem den Blick auf das Meer! Der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wenn dazu der Hahn kräht, die Ziegen und Schafe unter den Olivenbäumen mit ihren Glöckchen bimmeln, die Grillen zirpen, kann ein Griechenlandaufenthalt gar nicht besser sein! Wir würden es auch ein drittes Mal mieten!
