The Villa "Westfalia" is a Classicist building built in 1880, which was renovated in 1996. It is located in the center of the seaside resort Heringsdorf in the immediate center area. It is only a few meters to the beach, the promenade and the Heringsdorf pier. Shops and numerous restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
The penthouse offers cozy slopes and roof beams. The large light-filled living room is equipped with a couch and a comfortable recliner, a large flat screen TV with DVD and CD / radio. Open to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and oven. A large dining table, free-standing in the room that can accommodate up to 6 people offers plenty of space for relaxing hours. Down the hall you reach the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the first bedroom has two 90cm x 200cm single beds, a dresser and an open closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a 180cm x 200cm large box spring and a separate TV device. A chest of drawers and the open closet offer plenty of space for luggage. The unique sea views can be enjoyed from all roof windows from the bedrooms and living rooms. Rundum Sorglos Paket!
In der modern, gemütlich und charmant eingerichteten Wohnung kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Danke dafür!
Für größere Menschen könnten die lang gezogenen Dachschrägen hinderlich sein.
Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hat einen sehr schmalen Zugang, der für breitere Menschen sicher hinderlich sein könnte.
(Das steht nirgendwo o. ist auf Bildern zu erahnen, nur deshalb mal erwähnt... Es sollen ja alle einen schöne schöne Zeit verbringen)
Meerblick & Wellenrauschen in Hörweite - und das aus allen Zimmern bis auf`s Bad!! Mitte Juli ist so sogar der direkte Sonnenaufgang auf dem Meer zu bewundern.
Sehr zentrale Lage direkt an der "Hauptstraße" (eine Einbahnstraße), gelegentlich durch die umliegenden Restaurants / Cafes Live Musik bis 22 Uhr.
Zum Strand gelangt man
a) über eine Treppe, Zugang auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite beim Terrassencafe oder
b) ohne Treppen einfach ein paar Schritte in Richtung Zentrum / Seebrücke
Die Abwicklung der Buchung und Zahlung verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert.
Die lange Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption von 07:00 - 22:00 Uhr sowie die günstige Lage im Parkhaus ist spitze und sucht seinesgleichen!! Das ist Service! DANKE!
So ist Urlaub wirklich erholsam.
