On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Strmilov, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden 400 m2 with wildlife garden. Volleyball court patio (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 16 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Golf course (9 hole) 50 km, tennis 700 m, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 8 km, cross country ski track 4 km. This is a nice house with plenty of space in a nice town with facilities.Good place to visit Czech Canada for walking or visiting beautiful places in the surroundings.

Compleet ingericht huis met veel ruimte er omheen. De kippen lopen gezellig om je heen als je buiten koffie drinkt. Vriendelijke eigenaar woont op het terrein. Eigen parkeerplaats en wandelgelegenheden vanuit het huis. Op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het kleine centrum met 2 supermarkten en 2 restaurants. Het huis is, voor Tsjechische begrippen van alle gemakken voorzien (incl. smart tv! en wifi, niet al te sterk, maar toch). Als je dit huis boekt, vergeet dan niet koffiefilterzakjes nr. 4 uit Nederland mee te nemen. We konden ze in de wijde omgeving (ook niet na vragen) vinden. Niet in kleine en niet in supergrote supermarkten. Merkwaardig, maar wel passend bij een vakantie in Tsjechië. De slaapkamer beneden had 1 bed dat kraakte. De bedden op de verdieping zijn niet al te lang. Boven en beneden is een apart toilet en de badkamer is ruim met toilet, douche, apart bad en bidet. Kortom, waar voor je geld. Vanuit Strmilov kun je mooie trips maken naar de omliggende stadjes en wandelen door Tsjechisch Canada. Neem voldoende kronen mee, in het dorp is geen pinautomaat en de restaurants accepteren alleen cash. Pinnen kan in Jindrichuv Hradek.

Schönes Ferienhaus, nette Gastgeber, die nach bestem Können gerne weiterhelfen und z.B. eine Angelgelegenheit vermitteln. Ansonsten liegt das Haus schön ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück und jeden Morgen bekommt man Besuch von Hahn und Huhn. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts.
Auch für Familien sehr geeignet.
