The cozy apartment **** (65 square meters) is located in the historic center of Ahrweiler. From the large terrace you have a superb view of the vineyards and the Red Wine Trail. You can expect a lovingly furnished apartment with a modern, fully equipped kitchen; a cute bedroom; a light-filled living room and a large bathroom. The old town of Ahrweiler, with its old half-timbered houses and wineries are nearby. The apartment is very easy to reach by train (distance to 500m station) or by car. Motorbikes can be parked in a separate room.
A spiral staircase leads to the apartment. Here you will find a modern kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Behind it a modern bright bath room with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. Next it goes into a cozy bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). Bed linen, bath towels are naturally present.
In the bright, friendly living room with TV corner, DVD and an additional separate sofa bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) will take you on another flight of stairs. On the two large terraces offer views over the vineyards in Ahrweiler.
Parking is available in the nearby underground car park. On the ground floor is a room with washing machine, allowing you to leave your bikes safely.
Due to the parquet floor, unfortunately no pets are allowed. In the house, smoking is not allowed, but you can now bank on the terrace available.

Terrific stay with beautifully decorated space, super comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely view of vineyards, and friendly owners. Ahrweiler is a charming town with lots to explore.
