The semi-detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2007, is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Location
Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 450 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is separated from the other half of the house. The accommodation is situated in Balatonberény, 14 km from Festetics Castle and 25 km from St Michael Hill and St Michael Chapel, as well as 33 km from Buffalo Reserve. With free private parking, the accommodation is 18 km from Hévíz Thermal Lake and 41 km from Sümeg Castle. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
