About this house rental
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2020, is modernly furnished. The residence is popular also because of the view of the lake from the property and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, gazebo, garden furniture and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 95 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over a 18 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 35 sqm and with tiled stove, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
