The Minorca property has a resort like feel with wonderful amenities. Scott is the perfect host and treats you like family. The unit was as advertised and we will definitely be back for another stay. Five star experience!!

This is a well-maintained building and property in a great area. The unit has a nice view and it's a quick 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

Staying at the Minorca complex was an unforgettable experience. The main pool (heated) is in a beautiful setting. The maintenance and landscaping is meticulous, the walkway to the silky ocean sand is perfect to transition to the adjacent Smyrna Dunes Park, with it’s acres of natural habitat to observe and experience, on the tip of the NSB peninsula. This condo faced the Ponce Inlet Coast Guard Station, the Indian River, and the lighthouse across the inlet. It was a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.
