Beautiful, newly built holiday villa ***** with panoramic sea views from the private, illuminated pool at night, sun terrace with traditional stone grill, outdoor shower and in-house fitness room
This modern holiday villa is nestled in the green countryside a little outside the village of Plano, above the Dalmatian Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia.
The two-story holiday villa is accordingly modernly equipped for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms. On a living space of 225 m² you will find a living and dining area with an open kitchen, four bedrooms, three spacious daylight bathrooms, a fitness room and even a laundry room. On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an oval wooden dining table with eight chairs. The open fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings. A stylish island separates the dining area from the kitchen, which only has the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction cooker with stylish round extractor hood made of stainless steel, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine offers additional convenience. A wide staircase leads up to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The four bedrooms are equipped once with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and three times with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. In addition, the sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional 140 cm x 200 cm double bed for two more people. Two of the three bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower attachment (one with a whirlpool function), the third has a modern shower cubicle. In all three bathrooms there is a wide vanity with base cabinet and wall mirror, a hair dryer and a toilet. Active vacationers can let off steam in the fitness room on the upper floor with generous equipment. A baby cot is available, sufficient bed linen and towels are provided and reliable WiFi internet access is also offered free of charge in your holiday villa - free WiFi
From the large sun balcony on the upper floor you can enjoy the 360 ˚ panoramic view over the hilly landscape to the blue Adriatic Sea. Your private pool is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool can be heated (extra, payable locally: EUR 200 / week). And since the pool can be illuminated at night, you can still do your laps under the stars at a late hour. And right next to the sun terrace, the traditional stone grill invites you to long meals outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay, secure parking spaces are in front of the house.
Your holiday villa is approximately 3 km from the sea, the nearest beaches in front of Divulje and Kastel Stafilic are approximately 4 km away (sandy and pebble beaches). In the center of the village of Plano (1.5 km) you will find shops and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. And the historic port city of Trogir, about 6 km away, should definitely find a place on your excursion list.

Excellent property, very clean and very spacious. The location for us was ideal, away from the city but with good access to roads to Split and Trogir and also further inland. The host was exceptional. He greeted us on arrival and provided contact details for any issues that we might have. Fruit grown at the property was left for us on a few mornings which was a very pleasant surprise. As we left, he asked me to confirm our safe arrival home. He has to be the best host ever encountered. The pool was clean and enjoyed by my granddaughter especially. Definitely 10 out of 10.

We had a lovely stay at this villa, it’s exactly as it looks in the photos, extremely clean and comfortable in every way and the host are very accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday.

We have just spent an amazing week at Villa Plano in Split. The villa is located close to everything you could need ten minutes from the airport, beach and the fabulous Trogir. Old town Trogir is a must visit from this location and also Copacabana beach. The main centre of split is approx 40min by car but we’ll worth a visit for the
Views over the harbour and the architecture. Krka national park is also a 40min drive and easily found from the villa.
The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay offering many recommendations for beaches, trips out and must see locations. They also very kindly cooked a special welcome lunch on arrival for us which was wonderful after travelling.
The villa was a great size with enough room inside and out to accommodate 9 of us. All the facilities and amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this host and the location of this villa.

Great location to visit Croatia. Our host Tihomer and his family were verry welcoming, friendly and helpfull. Defenitly worth the visit.
