Alles bijna nieuw, heel netjes, volledig uitgerust met kwaliteitsapparaten, zeer goeie bedden, mooie badkamers. Airco in elke ruimte. Daarnaast een prachtig zwembad met toezicht, prima (overdekte) parkeerplaats.
Minpunt is de ligging aan een hoofdweg. Gelukkig is er wel goede geluidsisolatie.
