Immersed in the Mediterranean area of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, Villa EnriMar offers an exclusive stay with a private pool, tennis court, and a 1,000 sqm garden. Bright and airy rooms, 9 beds, various liveable outdoor areas, and an atmosphere of total relaxation just steps away from the enchanting beaches of Capoliveri.
SPACE DESCRIPTION
The open-plan living room is an invitation to conviviality and relaxation: large panoramic windows flood the room with natural light, creating a beautiful continuity with the outdoor environments, while the comfortable sofa and satellite TV guarantee moments of pure rest.
Here, the fully equipped kitchen is located in the same open space as the living room and invites you to create delicacies thanks to modern appliances and available utensils.
The covered veranda with a gas barbecue and dining table allows for outdoor dining, and the large west-facing terrace is perfect for convivial moments under the sun or at sunset.
BEDROOMS
The main double bedroom, air-conditioned, has its own private bathroom, both with direct access to the garden.
The second double bedroom, which includes a bunk bed on request (otherwise retractable and used as a desk), is also equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom.
The 50 sqm annex is a bright, air-conditioned, and independent open space, consisting of a double bed, a room with a single bed, and a private bathroom. The large windows open onto the garden, creating a sense of continuity with the outdoor spaces, ideal for those seeking more privacy.
GARDEN
The 1,000 sqm park, characterized by cork trees and palms, offers corners of shade and rest. Here you can relax by the private pool (6x11m), enjoy the outdoor shower, or play sports on the synthetic grass tennis court, complete with rackets. Additional comforts such as lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a ping pong table enrich the experience of a holiday dedicated to well-being.
GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is flexible and takes place via self-check-in with a code provided before arrival to ensure maximum autonomy. Keys are collected from the safety box located at the entrance of the property. A manager is always available by phone for assistance and information.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
Villa EnriMar is located just 2 km from the characteristic village of Capoliveri, easily reachable by car or with pleasant walks through the Mediterranean scrub. The village offers a variety of local restaurants, cozy bars for aperitifs, and artisanal shops with typical products.
The beaches of Straccoligno and Naregno, about a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by car, are ideal places to relax among crystalline waters and golden sand.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, es ist alles für einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub vor Ort vorhanden, Sonnenterrasse, Pool, Aussengrill, Tennisplatz ...... Wir könne das Haus sehr empfehlen

Die Villa Enrimar liegt etwas ausserhalb von Capoliveri, sehr ruhig im Grünen gelegen.
Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in der sehr gepflegten Villa und dem schönen Garten. Die Villa ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kids.
Den Morgenkaffee mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen. Die Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit Abendsonne ist sehr Wind geschützt. Wir haben trotz wechselhaftem Wetter immer draussen gegessen. Der Pool ist toll, etwas kühler als das Meer, aber wenn die Sonne schien, konnten wir gut baden.
Zum Tennis spielen kamen wir in dieser Jahreszeit viel. Der Kunstrasen trocknete rasch.
Sonst war auf der Insel vieles bereits geschlossen. Wir genossen die fast menschenleeren Strände sehr! Restaurants waren noch offen und sehr lecker.

Välskött, fin villa med privat pool, privat tennisbana och 3 dubbelrum samt ett litet enkelrum som ligger i anslutning till dubbelrummet på nedre våningen. Dubbelrummen har separat dusch och toalett.
Nära (5 min med bil) till den fina stranden Spiaggia di Straccoligno där man kan hyra 2 solstolar och ett parasoll för €20 per dag.
Nära (5 min med bil) till den mysiga byn Capoliveri där det finns flera restauranger och mataffärer.
Bil är att rekommendera under vistelsen.
Fastighetsskötaren Lio kom varje dag och höll poolen ren, samt hjälpte till vid alla problem.
Några saker som kan förbättras:
- Poolhanddukar borde kunna ingå i hyran
- Opraktiskt med en Nespresso kaffemaskin när det är så svårt att köpa kapslar. En riktig espressobryggare hade varit uppskattat.
- Alla brännare fungerade inte på gasspisen i köket
- Köksknivarna väldigt slöa. Skulle behöva slipas
- Borde finnas en extra uppsättning kuddar och handdukar till varje rum
- En gasolgrill skulle vara trevligt. Det finns dock en vedgrill.
Förutom detta är huset mycket fint och fungerar mycket bra för 6 vuxna plus barn.

Eines der schönsten Häuser die wir je besucht haben! Wer Ruhe und eine abgeschiedene Lage, jedoch auch nicht aus der Welt sucht, ist hier richtig. Tennisplatz mit Kunstrasen traumhaft, der ganze Garten, Pool und Haus perfekt! Der Hauswächter kommt zwei Mal am Tag, ist aber dann fast unsichtbar...
Einzig, dass die Klimaanlage extra berechnet wird, verwunderte uns. Da wir sie aber kaum benutzt hatten waren 5€ auch zu verkraften. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert... vielen Dank an die Schwestern und Liu!
