About this cottage rental
Beautiful 140 m2 Poitevin house, recently renovated with contemporary comfort, spacious, bright, opening onto a large 40 m² terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, parasol) and a garden with deckchairs, outdoor games (pétanque) , rackets, balls, roller skates, ...).
On the ground floor, it consists of a large living room of 55 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sofas and armchairs around a wood stove and television. Separate WC in the upstairs access corridor.
A room accessible to all on the ground floor communicating with a walk-in shower and private WC,
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed,
another bedroom with 3 beds (1 bed of 130, 1 bed of 120 and 1 bed of 90),
a bathroom upstairs and separate WC (upstairs).
On the upstairs landing, a relaxation / reading area for adults and a games table area for children have been set up. A dressing area allows you to store your belongings.
Baby equipment is available on request: Baby bed, changing table and chair booster.
Unlimited landline to landline number, TV, internet access with LiveBox WIFI,
Outdoor swimming pool for owners available (around May to September), unsupervised swimming.

Valley of the Frescoes of the Abbey of Saint-Savin (UNESCO World Heritage). Medieval museum and Merovingian necropolis of CIVAUX - CNPE, City of writing in Montmorillon and medieval city of Chauvigny, Museum of Prehistory in Lussac-les-châteaux.

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour au gîte de la Potière. Les propriétaires et leurs enfants sont adorables et leurs produits sont excellent. Très calme et reposant.
Les loisirs sont variés aux alentours.
