The large house in the Domaine de la Grollière est is made up of two adjoining lodgings in the outbuildings of the 19th century chateau, in a calm and relaxing environment with swimming pool.
La Motte de la Grollière: on the ground floor, living room-kitchen-living room (wood insert), 1 bedroom (160 bed, private shower room with wc), 1 bedroom (160 bed, private shower room) , separate wc. Upstairs: 1 small "cabin" bedroom for children, under a crawling and low ceiling (2 80x190 beds, private bathroom with wc). La Petite Motte: living room with view of the park, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed, private shower room with wc), 1 bedroom (160 bed or 2 80x200 beds, private shower room), separate wc.
Each house has a private enclosed garden with terrace.
In an enclosed garden nearby at 15m, above-ground swimming pool (6x7 m., Depth 1.20 m., Open from 12 noon to 7:30 p.m.), table tennis.
4 bikes and 4 kayaks on loan (deposit required).
Included: sheets, towels and kitchen linen. Non smoking cottages.

Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour en toute tranquillité, confort et intimité pour un groupe de 10 personnes.
Location conforme à l'annonce en tous points, aucune mauvaise surprise bien au contraire.
Et pour terminer, accueil très chaleureux.

Très beau gîte totalement conforme aux photos et descriptif du site internet, le dialogue et les procédures ABRITEL sont par contre rébarbatives ! Presque anti commerciales.
Accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires parfaits, sur place en 5 minutes en cas de problème.
Emplacement, parking, propreté , confort, tranquillité, tout a été parfait.

L’équipement du gîte permet de passer une semaine en quasi autonomie, sans s’ennuyer. Et l’agencement est tel qu’on peut vivre à 10 sans se gêner à aucun moment.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes.
