The houses are renovated and divided into five very nice apartments (IUP164, IUP165, IUP166 and IUP168). The apartments are furnished in authentic Italian style and with great attention to detail, so you will quickly feel at home and settle in quickly. From the buildings you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and admire the beautiful surroundings. Each apartment has its own outdoor area where you can enjoy delicious local specialties on balmy summer evenings. The communal garden with garden furniture and swimming pool invites the whole family to relax and swim.
The apartment is perfectly located if you want to visit the most beautiful cities of Umbria such as Gubbio, Orvieto, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Spello, Todi and Perugia.

Summary of reviewsBeautifully renovated 1940s house, spacious and essential for families with children. Lovely garden, safe for kids to play. Close to Gubbio with easy access to Assisi or Perugia. Mr. Paolo, the host, is kind and helpful. Great value for money!

Abitazione degli anni quaranta ristrutturata con gusto molto spaziosa , la nostra famiglia si è trovata molto bene perché con quattro bambini lo spazio è essenziale . Il giardino è bellissimo e ben curato i bambini possono giocare in tranquillità senza il pericolo di passaggio delle macchine . La location e’ vicina alla città di Gubbio e vicina alle strade principali per arrivare ad Assisi o Perugia . Il responsabile della struttura , il sig. Paolo , è una persona gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo del soggiorno molto conveniente in rapporto a quanto offerto . Voto 10
