About this house rental

We love our great weekend getaway house, and you will too. It's right on the beach in the "no driving" section, so you don't have to worry about the kids! It has a great deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and private stairs to walk right down to the sand. If you're a surfer, the waves are great for surfing right in front of the house! Quiet (no driving) end of the beach. IMPORTANT: To get to the front door, you must walk up a flight of stairs, as the house is on pilings. Please review cancellation policy per our attached Rental Agreement: More than 120 days prior to start of rental- 100% refundable less $250 fee. 31-120 days prior to rental- 50% refundable. No refund less than 30 days prior to rental. Sorry, NO PETS PERMITTED, except service animals. NO SMOKING HOUSE.

House was perfect for our family. Great tiki hut and seating overlooking beautiful south NSB. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the “on the beach” experience, finding wonderful places to eat in The New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach areas, and just relaxing in the house - which had plenty of room to be together or find our own space. The owners were accomodating and proactive to make sure our experience was as promised - example: Lee text us to give us notice of a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral which could be viewed from the beach one evening. Wonderful experience. Thank you!
