The floor to ceiling windows in the Master Bedroom and Living Room provide a stunning view of the Beach! The condominium, Chadham by the Sea, is sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River providing water views anywhere on the property. Experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets directly from your condo!
Chadham by the Sea is just across the street from the Mary McLeod Bethune Beach Park with 6 acres of family fun. You can launch your canoe or kayak on the Indian River, fish from the wrap around wooden dock, let the kids burn off some extra energy on the new padded surface playground or play volleyball on the beach sand court. The Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park is also close by where guests can enjoy nature trails, ancient Indian burial mounds and large sea turtle nests.

We loved this place! There were some issues initially that could not have been anticipated, but were very satisfactorily resolved. The management company (Florida Vacay) was extremely responsive and worked everything out to our satisfaction. The condo itself is lovely (better than the photos!). The view from the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the master is breathtaking! The beach is wonderful and never crowded! Same with the pool. My husband and I stayed for a month and our kids and grandkids took turns visiting. We will definitely be back…In fact, we have already reserved it for next summer!

We had rented this condo for last spring when the pandemic started. We were able to easily move our week to this spring break! My husband and I and our daughter and her family joined us, 4 adults and 4 kiddos. The condo was comfortable for all of us, the pool was perfect for a couple of windy days and most importantly the beach was a short walk away!! I’ve been going to NSB for spring break for 50 years and this was a top 5 stay!!

This condo perfectly met our needs and the view was fabulous. We enjoyed it so much we ended up extending by a night. The property management team was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.
