About this villa rental
Enjoy with your family and friends this private home in gated community, security 24/7 with private swimming pool, big yard, outdoor garden dining set, 2 chaise lounge pool chairs, barbecue, rooftop terrace, a small terrace out front and a small deck over the pool, spacious house with high ceilings and natural iluminated. 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and smart tv’s, living room with Smart TV, kitchen-dinning room fully equipped, 2.5 bathrooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking for two cars (no ceiling). Work station with high speed wifi, desk, chair and lamp.
The home can fit 8 guests comfortably with air conditioning in three bedrooms (4 twin size beds, 1 king size bed, 1 futon). Additionally we have a full bed in the mezzanine area in the second floor (where there is not with air conditioning only a fan). We have
2 queen size inflatable mattresses (for above 9 people).
We have a gas range, washer and dryer, tableware, electric appliances (microwave oven, toast oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, gas stove, water cooler), bluetooth speaker and a large electric hot water heater so you'll never run out. The home is located in the gated community of Los Naranjos, with 24 hour security, in the town of Alfredo V. Bonfil. Our Property Manager can met you on the way home to guide you to our home! We recommended to rent a car or hire private transportation, uber is not legal in Cancun and there is not walking distance public transportation/stores.
It´s only 8 min by car from the airport, 10 min Cumbres Shopping center (Supermarket, cinemas, pharmacy, etc),15-20 min beaches and hotel zone, 50 min Playa del Carmen and Xcaret.

This property was beautiful. Clean yard to run and play in. Awesome pool to swim in. Comfortable beds. All the necessities we needed. Carmen and Angie were amazing with making sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us to see if there was anything they could do to help us.We do recommend renting a car if you are staying longer than a few days. We cabbed to get groceries. And walked to pick up a few things from a local market (but not a lot around the compound) Even then Carmen made sure a cab showed up to take us shopping. We would stay again 100%

Great house to stay and safe

Do not hesitate to book this house. It is located in a secured area. The house is spacious and clean and absolutely perfect for families. Below are some of the best features of the house:
1- the beds - all of them- are comfortable! This is not always the case in rented houses. The master suite has a king bed- perfect if your children want to join you in the middle of the night!
2- the house is well supplied. Dishes, cooking supplies, shampoo, towels, soap, sand toys... it has it all.
3- the main shower is absolutely wonderful and has a lot of pressure (there is nothing worst than a shower that does not work well at the end of a day full of sunscreen and sand!).
4- the host, Carmen, was very reactive when we sent messages from the house; check-in with Angie was easy.
5- Laura. Laura is a nice lady in the neighboorhood who can cook for the guests. Our kids fell in love with her burritos and her breakfast. We had Laura prepared food prior to our arrival. We had food and refreshments ready when we checked-in. What a great way to start a vacation!
6- Mexican friends playing in the park in front of the house. Our children made new friends. The kids could speak English and were very friendly.
Two things to consider.
1- you need a car to access the house.
2- if you have young children who like to climb, the stairs to go to the mezzanine could be dangerous. We did not go up.
We had the best time in this house and we will be back for sure!

We loved having a house and yard to ourselves and felt very safe and secure with the walls and gate. So close to the airport, clean, and spacious. We’d stay here again.
