Nice spacious apartment.

Limited amenities and no in-house room service. You would have to contact some company number to get room services.

We had to make a last minute reservation at this place and everything went perfectly well. The apartment was clean and ready in 10 minutes. The place is huge and beautiful, there’s a pool on the roof that’s accessible to everyone, the concierge is very friendly and there’s indoor personal parking.

The only thing that was a bit iffy with this place the ac units, there were 3. The ac units were a bit old and started leaking during the last night of our stay so we woke up with water everywhere. Other than that, everything was perfect during our week long stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment in Cancun was disappointing. The WiFi never worked during our entire stay, despite countless interactions with the host. They were unable to resolve the issue or provide any access, which made things especially difficult since we needed connectivity. Additionally, the apartment was not properly stocked for our reservation. We booked for three people, but only received two towels and bed sheets for one bed. It felt like basic preparation was overlooked. To top it off, there were dead plants left inside a dry planter in the apartment—definitely not a pleasant sight and it gave the space a neglected feel. Overall, the location may be fine, but the lack of attention to detail and poor communication made this stay far less enjoyable than expected.
