Welcome to Yucatán condominium, managed by Peninsula Properties. This condominium is conveniently located on 38th Street in downtown Playa del Carmen. It is a perfect place to relax as it is decorated and adapted to be very comfortable, featuring high-quality sheets for your king-size bed. Your living room has a queen-size sofa bed, so this condominium can accommodate up to 4 adults. Your kitchen is fully equipped, which gives you the option to eat at home or out. Likewise, this condo has high-speed internet, television in the living room and the bedroom.
This complex features two common pools, a gym, and 24-hour security, these services are included in your rent. In less than 10 minutes walking you will be able to find the white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Leaving your condominium, you have a wide range of shops and the famous Fifth Avenue just 2 blocks away with thousands of options for dining and shopping.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.

- In case you require early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

Absolutely awesome condo with a wonderful location! The building is only a couple blocks from 5th Ave and a short walk to the beach. The condo itself is very modern, spacious, clean, and looks brand new. The building has 2 beautiful pools, including one on the rooftop, and an exercise room. There are bars and restaurants galore in the area. It's so close to all of the action, yet no noise keeping us up at night. We will definitely be going back!

Overall we loved the condo and location. The rooftop was especially nice. The Cueva del Chango close by for breakfast was enjoyable too. We certainly would come back. Playa was a great vacation. Thanks!
