Location was great and facilities in the building were also great. Great value sports bar, excellent spa, plenty of sun loungers. Managing company very responsive. Room was clean and reasonable size.

The blinds in the room were very inconvenient. You either had privacy and no light or access to the terrace, or no privacy and light/terrace access. The gym in the building opposite looks directly into the room. Curtains would be far more practical.

Id give the location 10 Stars 🌟 🤩 And super clean ...staff pleasant and helpful ...great food and entertainment close by Loved the area the beaches ⛱️ beautiful and just a short walk ...large grocery store just couple blocks too My only issue was adjusting to super super short showers 🚿 the h20 heater is 2.6 gallons ...it runs out quickly !!! No wasting water at this complex!!

The area is perfect right near the main walking area quinta ave and easy access to the beach. Host was really helpful on arrival. Apartment was in great condition, balcony had nice view and was large, had good fridge and microwave. Bathroom was modern. The whole complex is perfect great pool area, super gym, and reception manned 24/7.

Everything was great except the room isn't a completely sealed unit it has a connecting door that is paper thin, the apartment next door i don't know who lives there or if it's rented out but you hear every footstep and conversation like they are in your room.if this had been made aware before I wouldn't have booked. Also I paid on my bill for 'cleaning service' but no maid ever came, that's fine as I was there 4 nights but nothing was explained about emptying bins as you have 1 tiny waste bin and one in the toilet area.
