About this house rental

This is a fully restored authentic Victorian house located on beautiful Lake Chautauqua, New York. A perfect oasis ideal for couples or families wanting to escape and unwind. The house has porches and gardens on three sides for outdoor dining and relaxation and comfortable indoor rooms. There is a modern gourmet family 'eat in' kitchen with marble counters, modern appliances, stained glass, heart pine floors with a gas fireplace for chilly mornings. Additionally, there is a front parlor with TV, dvd player, card/puzzle table and a sitting room with wet bar for quiet conversation. The 1/2 bath is located on the first floor The second floor has three bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor...one in the master suite and the other shared. The third floor has a bedroom with twin beds.

Very historic property in Point Chautauqua. Has been charmingly remodeled.Loved the back deck. Lovely hydrangeas around the deck.

Had an amazing stay at Tottering. This was our second year planning a family get together here in the lake. The kitchen was great for cooking family meals to enjoy on the beautiful back porch. The hosts are so responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Had an amazing stay. Property exactly like listing. Lots of space inside and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely back porch perfect for meals and relaxing. Pt. Chautauqua neighborhood very quiet and quaint. Host great with communication. Would definitely go back.
