About this apartment rental

The condominium Residence Juliana consists of four scalloped landscaped houses surrounded by manicured gardens and natural ponds.

The cozy, partially refurbished 75 sqm apartment is on the first Floor, with large balcony and spacious hallway.

It is quiet and not on the beach road.

The entire apartment has a newly laid laminate floor and the bathroom tiles with underfloor heating.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Philips Senseo for coffee pads and of course everything you need for cooking and much more ...

Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven / microwave combination, refrigerator with freezer.

In the light-flooded, spacious living area with a beautiful view of the natural ponds, with access through 2 sliding doors to the balcony, there is a large, new flat screen with all German programs via satellite, in addition a Blu-Ray DVD player, a stereo and free Internet access ,

The entire apartment can be heated all year round with a gas central heating.

The bathroom has a bath, a shower with rain shower, sink and a toilet.

in one bedroom is a double bed, overlooking the dunes and in the spring on the colorful tulip fields.

In the second Bedrooms are 2 single beds with an additional access to the balcony, overlooking the natural ponds.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, mit schönem Blick auf den Teich - gerne wieder.

Alles bestens…Jedoch sollte überlegt werden die Matratzen im Doppelbett auszutauschen. Ansonsten wie gesagt, alles gut,ich denke wir werden wiederkommen…

Schöne Unterkunft, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Einziger Nachteil wenn ein Kind dabei ist, die Räume sind sehr hell und lassen sich nicht abdunkeln, da es nur einen dünnen Vorhang gibt.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, an dem Frau Teichmann mit der schönen und beeindruckend ausgestatteten Wohnung einen großen Anteil hatten. Es fehlt(e) an nichts. Danke :)
