8 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Modern holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located on a large and level natural plot in a scenic holiday home area by Grønhøj Strand. The house was built in 2018 and is bright and spacious, top-insulated and extremely well-appointed. The four bedrooms are divided into two in each area of the house and with each bathroom. This makes the house suitable for two families who want to spend a holiday together. Furniture and decoration are in Danish design. The large windows, the wood stove and the high insulation mean that you can expect a low energy consumption in the house. The cottage also has a heat pump and air conditioning. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen, there is a bathroom with whirlpool and access to the sauna as well as a guest toilet with shower. The covered terrace is with halogen lighting and in direct connection with the open terrace area. From here there is direct access to the large natural plot. Swings and a sandbox have been set up for the children. In addition, there is a locked carport for bicycles, strollers or golf equipment. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
