Located just a few short blocks from the Lake and only 2 miles to Heavenly Ski Resort this 3 bedroom cabin is a great location for any season. This home provides a wonderfully inviting family atmosphere which can be enjoyed by all ages. The single story floor plan is a rare find in Tahoe and provides easy access to all of the homes ameniites. A newly created front patio provides a nice venue to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
New furnishings and decorative touches throughout lend Tahoe charm to this cabin. There is no better neighborhood in Tahoe to enjoy a bike ride or stroll. We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
