About this villa rental

The kitchen, with covered veranda, is habitable with a table for 6 and has a hob with 4 gas burners and 2 electric burners, an electric oven, a double-bowl sink, a dishwasher and a double-door fridge / freezer. The wall units together with various low furniture and the large built-in wardrobe allow you to find the right place for everything.
The large living room with wood-burning fireplace is characterized by two large windows, one of which can be opened mechanically and furnished with a large 160cm table (extendable up to 240cm) comfortable for 12 guests, a sideboard and a 60-inch TV.

Splendida villa immersa nel verde, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Silenziosa e allo stesso tempo divertente grazie alla stupenda puscina ( tenuta benissimo) e un attrezzatissimo mega barbecue da usare assolutamente. Ci ritorneremo!!!

Eravamo un gruppo numeroso ma grazie agli ampi spazi della villa abbiamo potuto godere una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla. Il giardino è meravigioso e la piscina fa la differenza quando non hai voglia di scendere in spiaggia. I bambini si divertono da pazzi e non hanno bisogno di altre distrazioni. La cucina è provvista di ogni comodità ( persino la lavastoviglie) ed è perfetta per le famiglie numerose! La presenza garbata e disponibile di Carlo (il proprietario) ti rassicura perchè ricevi aiuto immediato per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri!

Ho potuto godere di questa oasi in luglio ricaricando le pile dopo un inverno stressante.
Curata nel dettaglio, immobile pulito,piscina sempre brillante, straordinari i proprietari.Il servizio navetta da anche la possibilità di spostarsi agevolmente dalla villa al centro di San Vito e spiaggia.Che dire .. tornero' di certo ormai non posso piu' farne a meno

Замечательная вилла с бассейном, очень просторная и уютная. Расположена в спокойном районе, но достаточно близко к центру. Прекрасно подойдет для семейного отдыха и больших компаний. Природа радует глаз - Сицилия во всей красе! Кроме того, владелец оказался очень приятным и отзывчивым. Благодаря всему этому, наш отдых прошел просто великолепно! С удовольствием сюда вернемся!!!
