* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.

We will say, first of all, the townhouse was clean and we had a wonderful time but we, unfortunately, had to call the property managers 2 days in a row for same problem. Water dripping from furnace area on 2nd floor due to a blockage in lines through ceiling into kitchen near counter area in places. They had a serviceman there within a half hour. The frig was warm when we arrived and never really cooled even on the highest setting until my husband saw a bunch of dust bunnies through the bottom grill. He had to clean it and within a few hours frig started getting to correct temperature. We did not use ice maker on door because it was really dirty inside. Like I said at beginning, we had a very nice time and pool was nice and we did not have any other concerns but it just seemed to all happen at once. I would still recommend this townhouse because they did take care of the drip and the other items were minor and fixed. The personnel on the phone were very friendly and helpful and so were the techs. We will be back to Windsor Hills next year.

We enjoyed staying here so much! Everything was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the Toy Story themed room very much. One of the easiest Checkin s we ever experienced. The host always responded quickly too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good location, great company to deal with, just a few things with cleaning which I alerted them too, and they will most likely deal with it. The unit is tired, it needs a repaint and it had a distinct smell of never getting fresh air, due to the pool alarm on the back door, you can’t leave the back ranch slider open. But it severed its purpose of a place to cook some meals, do washing and sleep while we adventured throughout Orlando. Be warned the traffic to get to Windsor hills it’s a nightmare, add 20 minutes to your trip, but this seems to be a Florida in general problem.
