The bakery was once a beautiful villa (was World War II bombed and rebuilt) the family of which the famous painter Wiegele spawned. About 10 years ago part of the villa was converted into the Museum Nötscher Kreis.
Nötscher Kreis are the painters Wiegele - Kolig - and Mahringer, who have left their mark on the whole town.

Refresh yourself with clear mountain water at the fountain in front of the villa or fill up your water bottle for the next bike tour. We have a parking space for your own bicycles.

For everyone who finds the slopes too strenuous, we recommend a walk or a carriage ride in the Dobratsch Nature Park to the Schütt alpine pasture, where the 'Kärntner Brettljause' is served.

A walk or a bike ride along the river, the Gail, is also without ups and downs. Here the cycle path also runs through the Gail Valley.

The largest ski area in Carinthia is located on the Nassfeld, in the Carnic Alps.
In summer, the Nassfeld offers a summer toboggan run, aquatrail, climbing park, swimming lake, farms pastures ...
